1) Email us the names of the teachers who will be attending. Please include their email addresses as well. The email to send this information to is billing@mathematicsuniversity.com

 

2) Please send us a copy of the purchase order to the same email address.

 

3) A response with an invoice will be emailed back. We need all names and email addresses of the attendees before emailing an invoice.
